    Do I have to have my whole roof replaced and do I need to have planning permission?

    No you do not require planning permission and we only replace 1 in 10 roofs and this is when we have no other alternative. We are able to seal roofs no matter what the surface, be it wood, concrete or even glass! We offer a guarantee up to 25 years depending on which system you require.

    Do you carry out commercial and industrial work as well as domestic?

    Yes, we can carry out work on any flat roof, be it domestic, commercial or even industrial.

    Do you carry out insurance work?

    Yes we can assist with any insurance work and liaise direct if required giving you full peace of mind and one thing less to worry about.

    Do you only repair or replace roofs in the summer?

    Because of the method we use we are not tied to the seasons. Whatever the weather, we will always ensure that your house or premises are watertight before we leave….

    How much disruption will be caused?

    It is very unlikely that any disruption will be caused, in fact we are well know for getting access to any roof without disruption – we can safely say disruption will be almost zero.

    Yes we certainly do-we offer a genuine 10% discount.

    How do you apply your product? And is it hot applied?

    All our products are cold applied – seamless – jointless – fully reinforced. There are No hot works involved at all.
