Folowing the installation of the Roof Craft 15 year system the clients no longer have any more probems with the theft of lead from their porch roofs.
Roof Craft was contacted by CPM Property Management following a recommendation.
When we visited the site we arrived to find that all the lead had been completely ripped away from 2 of the porch roofs at one of their sites, leaving only bare wood and holes.

It was agreed that something as close to lead be re-installed on each porch. CPM agreed to use the Roof-Craft 15 Year Premier Flat roofing system. The roof was prepared, all holes were filled, new glass fibre edges were added and a clear undercoat was used to seal the whole area.

Once sealed the first coat of the 15 year flat roofing system was applied including reinforcing glass fibre matting. The system now forms and is an integral part of the roof, making it impossible to remove.

After many years of trying many different anti-graffiti systems and getting nowhere but frustrated staff and smeared graffiti, Sale School decided to use the anti-graffiti system Roof-Craft utilises for all its sites with graffiti problems.
The end result is that it is far easier to remove graffiti from all areas in the school, it takes a lot less time and we no longer have cleaning staff complaining about the mess it used makes and the way it looked like dirty smear marks.
Sale School, previously St Josephs technology College, agreed to a program of re-painting the whole of the school over a period of two years. Each and every wall was coated with a clear anti-graffiti solution, avoiding the necessity to re-paint with colour.
The result was instantaneous. Cleaning staff immediately reported a reduced amount of time in cleaning graffiti. This left them more time to carry out their “normal” cleaning duties and actually increased productivity as they had much more productive time.

Firstly, thanks a lot for sorting out our roof so quickly.  We are very impressed with the end result.

We first contacted RoofCraft when we had a downpour in our kitchen.  My wife was heavily pregnant at the time and we were worried that if she had the baby we would be bringing the baby into a damp house. 

When RoofCraft first visited us, they immediately set to work finding out the problem.  They managed to find that the roof had been pierced by a tile in the recent storms – something no-one else had pointed out.  Once found the problem they immediately sealed the hole with their emergency repair system.  Now we had a dry kitchen and a happy family.  They came back once the weather was clear.  As money was tight with a new baby on the way we decided to go for their 5 year budget system.  It is nice to be able to have a choice for a change rather than being told what you should have.

Finally no more leaks!
